The Spine & Sports Health Center is located at 764 Broadway in Bayonne, at the intersection of Broadway and East 34th Street, one block from the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail 34th Street Bayonne Station.

From the South and West (Elizabeth, Newark):

Take Route 78 East toward the Holland Tunnel/New York City. Take Exit 14A for Bayonne. Bear left toward Avenue E. Stay on Avenue E for one mile. Turn right onto East 34th Street. Take the first left onto Broadway. 764 Broadway is on the left.

From Staten Island:

Take Route 440 North into New Jersey. Turn left onto 22nd Street. Turn right on Broadway. 764 Broadway is on the right.
