The Spine & Sports Health Center is located at 129 Newark Avenue between Columbus Drive and Bay Street, near the intersection of Grove Street and Newark Avenue. The office is one block from the Grove Street PATH Station.
From the South and West (Elizabeth, Newark):
Take Route 78 East toward the Holland Tunnel/Jersey City. Take Exit 14C for Jersey City/Columbus Drive. The road curves right and becomes Christopher Columbus Drive. Stay right. In one half mile, turn left onto Barrow Street, then make the first right onto Newark Avenue. 129 Newark Avenue is on the right.
From New York City:
The Spine and Sports Health Center is conveniently located one block from the Grove Street PATH Station.

From Jersey City:
333 Grand Street is located at the intersection of Grand Street and Jersey Avenue, southeast corner, across the street from Jersey City Medical Center (JCMC) and in front of the Jersey Avenue Station of the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail.
From the South and West (Elizabeth, Newark):
Take Route 78 East toward the Holland Tunnel/Jersey City. Continue on Route 78 past the toll booth and Exit #14C for Liberty Science Center. Take the NEXT exit after 14C, marked Jersey City/Columbus Drive. This exit has no exit number. Go straight off the ramp for 1/8 mile, then turn right onto Montgomery Street. Go four blocks and turn right onto Jersey Avenue. Continue to Grand Street. 333 Grand Street is on the far left corner.
From New York City:
The PATH system and New York Waterway serve Jersey City and connect to the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail. 333 Grand is conveniently located in front of the Hudson-Bergen Light Rail Jersey Avenue Station (take the Westside Line or the 22nd Street - Bayonne Line).
