A late arrival may result in less time for your session, as we have to be mindful of our next guest’s appointment. Massage appointments may be canceled or rescheduled at no charge by notifying us by telephone at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations on less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the scheduled massage price.

Meet our Licensed Massage Therapist, Michael Brzozowski
Michael has been a licensed massage therapist for over 12 years. He joins The Spine & Sports Health Center with a long history of experience working in medical settings, alongside chiropractors, physical therapists, and acupuncturists. This unique background has allowed him the opportunity to learn about different approaches to pain management, both physically and mentally.
Our massage therapy program includes hands-on techniques used to increase circulation, relieve tension, reduce stress, relieve anxiety, and promote relaxation. Michael personalizes each and every massage, tailoring his care to every individual's specific needs.
