April 16th: Welcome our New Practice Manager, Kay Familia!

Please join us in welcoming another new face to The Spine & Sports Health Center team! Kay Familia joins us as our Practice Manager at all three of our locations.

As our Practice Manager, Kay is responsible for overseeing all three of our offices and making sure that everything runs smoothly, on the other side of the front desk. She has both clinical and clerical responsibilities in overseeing the entire front desk staff. And with over 20 years experience in practice management, coupled with a comprehensive knowledge of billing and electronic medical record systems, you would be hard-pressed to find a question that Kay could not help you with.

Her leadership background is also second to none, with a strong emphasis on communication, patient experience, and employee training. You have probably seen Kay in one of our offices, answering questions, chatting with a new patient, or jumping in where needed!
