Medical Director
Interventional Pain Management Specialist

Alex Visco, MD LICENSE: 25MA07808900

Dr. Alex Visco is a board-certified physician who specializes in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Interventional Pain Management. He is also the medical director and leader of The Spine & Sports Health Center.

The practice’s unique “personalized” approach came from Dr. Visco. He was troubled by what he witnessed during his first job out of his residency - rushed appointments, instances when patients were treated poorly by office staff, and limited access to personnel or hands-on medical care - and decided to do things differently at The Spine & Sports Health Center, when he opened the practice over 15 years ago.

With his colleagues, Dr. Visco is committed to providing patients with ample one-on-one time for diagnosis and treatment, focused follow-up care to ensure long-term benefits, a strong focus on listening, and truly excellent customer service from every staff member.

In addition to his role as medical director, Dr. Visco is also an Interventional Pain Management Specialist who is an expert in treating all types of spine and joint pain. He uses various minimally-invasive techniques to help his patients find relief and avoid surgery, customizing each of his treatment plans to the individual.

Patients love his understanding nature, friendly attitude, and professionalism.
